Exceptionally comfortable contemporary hotel with a favourable central setting.

Located directly in the Downtown Cincinnati district and a short way from Taft Theatre.

Incredible rooms; most with a bathroom and a light hearted decor.

Nice restaurant serving local dinner menu.

Delicious beverages are included in some rates.

Excellent service and a friendly check-in.

Rates are great.

Some were dissatisfied with too soft beds.

Occasional complaints about a few uncaring staff members.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great service. Within walking distance of great restaurants and Fountain Square. Easy access and convenient transportation. Located away from the river. Plenty of breakfast options available.

The hotel was clean, with modern facilities and convenient parking. It was centrally located, close to everything and had subway tiles in the bathroom walls that added a stylish touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay in this vibrant hotel located in downtown. The location is unbeatable, as it is within walking distance of great restaurants and Fountain Square. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained common areas. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious corner king suite on the 5th floor which offered stunning views, a living room, dining room, and a separate bedroom/bath. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the reservationist who helped me change my dates with ease. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

All was good.

The hotel impressed me with its unique designs and beautiful pieces located all over the property. It had a modern, European feel with clean lines and a light and airy atmosphere. The staff, particularly the young and helpful employees, made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooftop cocktail bar, although closed during my visit, is a fabulous feature, as well as the small spa within the hotel. The adjoining restaurant offered excellent food choices, adding to the overall experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
