The staff, especially David and Claudio, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with tips and information about the bus system and recommended attractions to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with two spacious beds, a working TV and wifi. The bathroom was recently renovated and very clean. The bed linen and towels were of good quality. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and a few good restaurants. We also appreciated the parking facilities and the fact that there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing - hot water and strong pressure! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location was perfect - close to the mall and just a short distance from downtown.
