We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to many of the city's top attractions, such as the Royal Ontario Museum and the Hockey Hall of Fame. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the comfortable king-size bed and spacious bathroom, which was ideal for someone with mobility assistance. The marketplace food court offered delicious meals, and the quality of the toiletries provided was exceptional. Additionally, the view from our window was amazing, and the room was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to the underground metro made it convenient for exploring the city.
Everything was spot on. Our only suggestion would be to consider spacing out the guests to reduce noise disturbances, especially given the hotel's large size and low occupancy.
The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in downtown and near almost everything you need to do in a quick trip to this city. It's fantastic to just grab a late night drink and hang out. The hotel facilities, including the children's playroom and the pool with a nice hot tub, were great for both kids and adults. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our family vacation enjoyable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was right in the city center and close to The Eaton Center. The hotel facilities were pretty good, especially the bellman who was very helpful. The staff also accommodated my request for a quiet room on a high floor, which made my stay much more comfortable.
Can't fault anything about it.
