I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, close to all the major attractions but still quiet and peaceful. The best part was the affordable price compared to the quality of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, Tina, Komal, and Raj, were exceptional - always polite, kind. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with super clean rooms that exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the hotel offered free coffee 24 hours a day! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the attractions and close to the breathtaking Falls themselves. I will definitely be returning to this hotel, which has been my go-to for years now.

However, I did notice a few areas that could use improvement.
Some of the furniture needed a thorough dusting, and there were paint peels in a few places.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the attractions in this city, with easy access to Niagara Falls. We were able to walk to the falls and other nearby destinations. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredible and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the free coffee and tea in the morning.

We loved the clean rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was within walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel had a cute external chalet feel, which added to its charm. It was easy to find and made for a pleasant walk to the Falls, especially during the summer. We also appreciated the affordable accommodations, with a large room that had a king-size bed and two pull-out couches. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient to have, and the desk area in the room was well-organized.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to downtown, the falls, and many other major attractions. We were able to park our car at the hotel and easily explore on foot. The free parking was a bonus. The hotel had a cute external chalet feel, perfect for summer walks to the falls. We enjoyed the friendly staff who were generous with our check-out time. The room was basic but a great deal, and we appreciated having a fridge, freezer, and microwave. The hotel was located close to other hotels, diners, shops, and the Skylon Tower/IMAX, making it easy to access various amenities.
