I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities exceeded my expectations. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a fitness center and pool. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location was perfect, with a mall nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also provided transportation services, including a courtesy shuttle, which made getting around this city a breeze. The staff, especially Jessy at the front desk and Laura in the Exec Lounge, were extremely helpful and friendly. They made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room, lobby, and hotel facilities was impressive. The staff members were friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was convenient, with multiple restaurants within walking distance and easy access to Westfield and Topanga Canyon. The breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of delicious options. Parking was hassle-free and the hotel's proximity to Pepperdine and LAX was a definite plus.

The hotel had extremely comfortable beds that we didn't want to leave, and the room was spacious and spotless. The staff was responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues we had, such as a power outage. They were also quick to provide extra towels and tea when requested. The manager ensured that we were compensated for the inconvenience and guaranteed a better experience next time. The valet service was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, we appreciated that the front desk did not charge our credit card upon arrival, and the breakfast provided with our room was great.
