And what better way to use up those miniature Hershey's chocolate bars than by making S'mores cookies? Trust me, these may not be the prettiest cookies, but they are truly irresistible!
The Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter
- 1 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 6 Individual Hershey Bars
- 4 Graham Crackers (Full Sheets)
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, and vanilla with a mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time and continue mixing.
- Slowly add the flour and mix until fully incorporated.
- Roughly chop or break up the chocolate bars and graham crackers, then mix them into the dough.
- Using a cookie dough scoop, place rounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or using stoneware or silicone.
- Top each scoop with 3 mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
