We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the free shuttle that takes you directly to the park. Additionally, it was really close to Hollywood and only a short distance from the park entrance, making it very convenient for our family. The hotel facilities were great, with free parking available and the all-night Subway sandwich shop and breakfast/donut place right next door. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. I loved that they offered free private parking, as I had a lot of belongings in my car and felt secure knowing it was safely parked. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the local theme park and just a short walk to the free tram or metro. Additionally, there were plenty of fast food restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

Additionally, the hotel was close to the Metro and the tram that takes you directly to the front gate of Universal Studios. The staff at the hotel were great and accommodating. The rooms were clean and felt safe.
