The staff at the hotel were faultless, always available to assist and genuinely interested in our family. The location was excellent, just a minute's walk to shops and the train station. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was nice, and the pool area was lovely.

Convenient location near major shopping malls and eateries, including ION, Atria, and Ngee Ann City. Cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, including the lobby and pool area. Staff provided great service throughout our stay.
It was all superb.
We absolutely loved the central location of this hotel. It was just behind the famous shopping area with ION, Wisma Atria and Takashimaya all within walking distance. The convenience of being able to explore these iconic malls and enjoy a night stroll along Orchard Road was unbeatable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed. Additionally, the staff were excellent in their service, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay.
