I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The layout and decor were impressive, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The food and cocktails were of excellent quality, and the breakfast in particular was surprisingly good. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities it offered. The staff, especially Angie, the breakfast attendant, were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location was convenient, with dining and shopping options nearby. My overall experience was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which caused some noise and inconveniences.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the Zoo and Science Museum. The hotel facilities were great, including the parking garage which was a huge benefit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and had balconies for fresh air whenever needed. I also loved the fact that the TVs were a good size and allowed me to watch Netflix and Hulu using my personal account.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to access major highways and explore the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the room and newly updated bathroom were impressive, creating a sparkling clean environment. Additionally, the hotel's parking garage was located directly across from the entry and allowed for convenient in/out access.

The staff, particularly Andrew, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Robert and Ryan provided exceptional service, offering helpful suggestions during breakfast. We felt like we got a lot more than we paid for per night.
Almost perfect, but there was an issue with the wifi. There was also confusion regarding a $50 per night charge that never appeared on the bill.
